Reservation conditions

Deposit 

Any reservation will be effective only after reception of the payment of a deposit, corresponding to 35% of the total amount of the stay.

​

Balance

The balance is to be paid 35 days before your arrival.

​

Warranty deposit

A warranty deposit is required. It is returned 8 days at the latest after the inventory of fixtures insofar as no disorder is noted.

Conditions of cancellation

• More than 90 days before the arrival date : the deposit is refunded

• Between 90 days and  30 days before the arrival date : the deposit is partially refunded​

• Less than 30 days before the arrival date : no refunds
